Shipping Policy

Due to most of our products being Made to Order, there is usually a processing and shipping timeframe of  5-7 business days, but in some cases it may take up to 2 weeks. We are working diligently to provide shipping Worldwide & as soon as we are able to-we will update you all!  Thank you for your patience.  

All ready to ship orders ship in 2-4 business days (unless otherwise stated on the homepage). If your order contains any "pre-order" items, your entire order WILL NOT ship until the day the "pre-order" item states in the title.

Sweet Lucyz CO. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, we highly recommend you purchase the extended "Route" insurance on every US order to insure you are protected by them. 

If you order is returned back to use due to address issues, we are not responsible for additional shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees if they would like the order to be re-sent. 

Please double check that the address you input at checkout is correct. This will avoid any issues with deliveries.
